"Well, you are an absolute sleep genius!!! The new plan has worked PERFECTLY. Like almost too good to be true. The very next day after we explained the new plan, she slept until 5:30, with no crying or waking. The next day 6:30!!!! She hasn’t woken up a single time before her light, hasn’t cried, and wakes up so mellow that she even stays in her room “cleaning” for like 10-15 minutes before coming out!

I am so beyond grateful to you, Heather and Julie! You’re miracle workers!!!"

- Margeaux, Mom of 3 year old

About the Little Kid Sleep Class

To the surprise and frustration of many parents, little kids often struggle with sleep. For developmental reasons like blossoming imaginations, newfound skills at negotiating and stalling, fears of the dark and more, sleep issues are common once kids are out of the crib. In this class, The Happy Sleeper co-founders Heather and Julie teach you the gentle and effective strategies -- proven through their work with thousands of families over the years -- to help parents get their 2-6 year old kids back to sleeping through the night. This class will help you with:

  1. Bedtime resistance, stalling and negotiating at bedtime
  2. Refusing to let parents leave the room
  3. Waking up in the night, coming into parents room or calling repeatedly
  4. Having developmentally normal fears of the dark or nightmares
  5. When and how to transition from the crib to the bed
  6. How to know when to drop the nap
  7. How to set the right sleep schedules
  8. The Happy Sleeper's Healthy Sleep Habits

Watch the video class and accompanying Spotlight On series and use the simple printable planner as your guide to creating your effective sleep plan! You can watch and re-watch the course as many times as you need to.
